Punches are color-coded to
show status of "TimeLock", when the punch was made.
"Secured"
(Black) "Un-Secured"
(Blue) "Edited" (Red).
Secured mode protects
against un-authorized changes to the system
clock.
"TimeLock" is for Win95/98 systems only - Windows NT, 2K, XP, can secure their clocks.
Yellow Icons give Defaults: "First Employee", "Current Payperiod", "Activities used",
etc.
The far right column indicates a ">" marker when more punches are
present.
Up to 12 punches can be made each day for EACH Activity the Employee Punches in.
"Punch Location" at Lower-Right shows "where" each Punch or Edit originated.
Also indicates Type: KB Keyboard, BC Barcode, MS MagStrip, PH Phone, FP Fingerprint.
"Caller ID" number is also shown, if Employees are Punching by Phone.
No other Timeclock is easier to install and use. Period.
