Payroll Options

The Hour Totals Screen provides all information necessary to run Payroll.  It is reccomended you print the Hour Totals report for your own Hard-Copy records.  You can use other Print options to Export the information into other programs.

1)  CSV:  The .csv (Comma-Separated-Variable) export format is the industry standard, and can be read by most Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Accounting, and Payroll packages such as MS Excel, Word, or Quattro.  You can quickly and easily manipulate and print the information into any format desired, including charts and graphs.

2)  MS Access:  Another option is "Utilities, UnProtected Backup".  This creates a copy of your Database that you can open and read using MS Access.  This allows you to create your own customized report formats.

3)  ADP:  PC Timeclock also exports to common ADP (Automatic Data Processing) formats.  ADP is the largest writer of Payroll Checks in the United States.
