
The
Employee Data screen provides a SINGLE location for inputing all Employee
Information.
Click "EmpList" to View
or Edit Employee data in a convenient "Spreadsheet" format.
Only the first four fields are required; Last Name, First Name, Punch Code, and Activity. The remaining fields are optional. The Activity
selected should be the "default" Activity, where the Employee "usually" works. When Activitiy is selected, default values for that Activity are inserted into appropriate fields. Employee Pictures (optional) can be scanned, or taken with a Digital Camera.
