The ONLY software showing ALL punches, for ALL Employees, for ANY date selected, on ONE screen.
The ONLY software allowing direct "same-screen" editing, using either Timecards or Daysheets.

Green/Red Dots at Left Margin show who is "in" and what "Activity" they're in.
Lower "Activity" area totals Employees currently working in each Activity.
The Horizontal "Split" between Employees and Activities is adjustable.
Activity tracking is optional, but extremely easy to use, if desired.

Last Review, Next Review; Available Sick/Vacation Hrs are shown for the Highlited Employee, if desired.
Employee Pictures, and Employee Personnel Notes, can also be shown for the Highlighted Employee.

Click Column Headers to "Sort" and see who arrived at work first, who has the most hours, etc.
Scan to the prevous or next day by clicking mouse, or by using Alt "Left/Right" arrows on Keyboard.
"FastKey" Keyboard options are available throughout, for users prefering Keyboards over Mice.

Punches are color-coded to show status of "TimeLock", when the punch was made.
 "Secured" (Black)         "Un-Secured" (Blue)        "Edited" (Red).
Secured mode protects against un-authorized changes to the system clock.

"Punch Location" at Lower-Right shows "where" each Punch or Edit originated.
Also indicates Type: KBKeyboard, BC Barcode, MS MagStrip, PH Phone, FP Fingerprint.
"Caller ID" number is also shown, if Employees are Punching by Phone.

No other Timeclock is easier to install and use.    Period.
